This is beyond sad, I hear you about the lack of medication and a good heart, but maybe she should be left in jail so they can get her some clinical help! This display of behavior, could cause her to loose her child! Dangerous situation. If she would do this to a stranger on the train than what could she be capable of doing to that child, not that she would, but you all are making excuses that she is totally out of control without medication!
