Description: An Aiken County Sheriff's Office deputy has been fired and charged with attacking a teenager this weekend and jailing him on trumped-up charges.

Jeffrey S. Nation, 40 is charged with assault and battery and misconduct in office, said Lt. Michael Frank, an Aiken County Sheriff's Office spokesperson.

The cop was completely out of line when he put his hands on him! He needs to be stripped of his badge & charged just as it reads above! The young dude handled the situation as he should have.. This time I can only hope justice is served!!
