Fabo Beats Drug and Weapons Rap

Rapper Fabo of the group D4L has reportedly managed to dodge drug and weapons charges this week, as his co-defendant in the case took the blame.
The "Laffy Taffy" star was stopped by police in February of 2006 while traveling in Laurens County, GA. He was then charged with possession of weed and meth, carry a concealed weapon, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Fabo, whose real name is Lafabian Williams, was accompanied Curtis Alfonso Watkins, Jr. The man recently plead guilty to the drug and weapons charges, effectively clearing Fabo of any responsibility. Prosecuters dropped all charges against the rapper and Watkins was sentences to 15 years probation. He will also be required to pay $3700 in fines and court fees.
